Right of Withdrawal
Tour and travel services with a specified date or period of performance, as well as accommodation, transport, leisure, and similar services tied to a specific date, are excluded from the consumer right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 59(1)(n) of the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005). Specific cancellation and refund conditions for each tour are stated at the time of booking.
